  • We have a variety of unit sizes to fit the needs of our customers. Check out our size and pricing section on our home page to help you choose the right size storage unit to accommodate your needs.

  • Storage units are rented to our customers on a first come, first serve basis. We do not reserve units for those interested in renting.

  • We do not require a deposit nor do we charge any hidden fees!

  • We do not require customers to sign long-term contracts to rent storage space from us. Your rental agreement with us is month by month.

  • Customers have several options to pay for their storage space. All payments are made online. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) or set up ACH. You can also setup auto pay after you receive your first months rent invoice.

  • We do pro-rate the first months rent, but not the last.

  • If your storage unit is setup on auto pay but your automatic payment has failed, this can be due to several reasons including invalid card information, or insufficient funds. Check your account payment information or your bank account before your next rent due date to prevent further failed autopayments.

  • Yes, all of our customers are required to purchased a round discus style lock(not included) for use on their storage unit door.

  • Rent is due on the 1st calendar day of each month.

  • A $25 late payment fee is charged to your account if payment is not made before or on the 10th calendar day of the month in which payment was missed.

  • Cushman Self Storage does not allow you to sign a rental agreement for a friend or relative. When you sign your rental agreement, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. For that reason, we cannot legally allow you to sign a contract for your friend or relative.

  • For customer convenience, you have access to the facility 24/7.

  • Your access code may be found on the executed lease agreement. In addition, you may also find your access code in the Welcome email sent to you via email.

  • When you are ready to move-out, ensure that your room is clean and all belongings have been cleared out to avoid any cleaning fees. You must remove the lock from your unit as well. Please notify staff via email that you are moving out in order to avoid getting billed.

  • We offer a variety of different storage unit sizes and options. We offer drive-up units and interior units, however these units are not climate-controlled.
